From 16 teachers to 73,000 members: Pima Federal Credit Union turns 75

Content by Pima Federal Credit Union. Despite the substantial growth, Pima Federal’s dedication to the people where it first put down roots hasn’t changed. The credit union, which started out of the Amphitheater School District, has since grown to $1.7 billion in assets. Despite this growth, CEO Eric Renaud maintains that Pima's commitment to the community where it first put down roots hasn't changed. The institution partners with local schools and organizations to provide financial education, and employees visit retirement communities to discuss elder exploitation, financial abuse and scams. As a member-owned cooperative, Pima federal focuses on providing value to its members.
