The event, free and sponsored by the Agnes Helms Haury Charitable Trust, aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration between health care providers, policymakers, academics, and community leaders to address complex ethical dilemmas global health. It will also facilitate the development of evidence-based guidelines and policies that promote ethical humanitarian aid practices. This event will also raise public awareness and engagement about ethical issues in global health, including the responsibilities of donors, aid organizations, and governments in ensuring that humanitarian aid is provided in an ethical and sustainable manner.

• Facilitate the development of evidence-based guidelines and policies that promote ethical humanitarian aid practices, considering diverse perspectives and experiences of stakeholders from different regions and backgrounds.

• 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.: Ethics in the Trenches – Stories from the Field with Lisa McClellan, MD.
• 10:30 – 11:00 a.m.: Break with snacks and refreshments.
• 11:00 – 11:50 a.m.: Providing Medical Care with Limited Resources with Kris Vijay, MD, MS.
• 1:50 – 2:50 p.m.: Intersecting Voices – Health Ministries and NGOs in Dialogue with Jim Lindgren, MD.
• 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Creating Ethical Frameworks for Humanitarian Aid facilitated by medical students from the college.
• 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.: Evening keynote, Decolonization of Global Health, with Jason Beste, MD.
• There will be a catered dinner during the keynote.
• 6:15 – 6:30 p.m.: Closing remarks, Ethics into Action – Next Steps, with Dr. Beyda.
