Pima County man arrested on six counts of sexual abuse of a minor

Cesar Ruiz-Valencia, a 39-year-old man from Pima County, has been charged with six counts of sexual abuse of a minor. The charges stem from one count of sexual assault on a minor, a dangerous crime against children with a victim under 15, one count for sexual conduct with a minor under 15 and four counts for sexual misconduct with a child at least 15 in a position of trust. Ruiz Valencia is being held on a $500,000 bond and his next court date is Nov. 2.
